Delivery Terms

1) Tbilisi:

  • Within 1–3 business days after placing the order (excluding weekends).
  • Delivery fee: 5.00 GEL.

2) Delivery to the suburbs of Tbilisi:

  • Within 1–4 business days after placing the order (excluding weekends).
  • Delivery fee: 10.00 GEL.

3) Delivery to regions:

  • Within 2–5 business days after placing the order (excluding weekends).
  • To high-mountain regions: within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends).
  • Delivery fee: 15.00 GEL.

An exception applies during promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, New Year), when the estimated delivery time may be 5–10 business days from the date of order.

Please note that delivery is made to the building entrance. Delivery to the apartment (upper floor) is available only for items with a total weight of up to 10 kg.
